FAQ's

Explore detailed answers to the most commonly asked questions about our platform, features, integrations

Signing in

I never received my six-digit code.

Check your spam or quarantine folder first, and confirm you typed the correct work email. Codes are single-use and expire quickly, so request a fresh one from the sign-in screen. If your company filters external mail, ask IT to allow mail from aqmen.ai. Still stuck? Write to support@aqmen.ai.

Do I need a password?

No. Aqmen uses emailed one-time codes. Each sign-in sends a fresh code to your work email.

Organizations, seats, and billing

How does billing work?

One subscription per organization, per seat, billed monthly through Stripe. A seat is an active member or a pending invitation. Adding a seat is invoiced straight away; removing one puts a credit on your account against your next invoice.

What's the difference between Owner, Admin, and Member?

Members and Admins both work in projects. Admins can also invite and deactivate people. Only the Owner can end the subscription.

How do I cancel?

From the avatar menu → Organization, any time. Access runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and you can subscribe again afterwards.

An invitation I sent was never accepted.

Invitations expire after 30 days and the seat is released automatically. You can re-invite at any point.

Do you support SSO or invoicing?

Yes, for Enterprise organizations, which are set up by hand and billed outside Stripe. Write to sales@aqmen.ai.

MCP connector

I can't find Aqmen in Claude's or ChatGPT's connector directory.

That’s expected. Aqmen isn’t listed in either directory; you add it yourself as a custom connector in Claude or a custom MCP app in ChatGPT using the server URL https://app.aqmen.ai/mcp. Check the documentation for how-to guides on connecting each agent.

The Aqmen connector doesn't appear in Claude's + menu.

Check that the connector is toggled on under Settings → Connectors (or, on Enterprise, that an admin has enabled it in the Admin console). Personal connectors are per-user; each person adds their own unless an org-wide connector has been configured.

The OAuth window fails or loops.

Make sure you're signing in with the email that belongs to your Aqmen organization, and that your Aqmen subscription is active. Pop-up blockers can interrupt the OAuth window, so allow pop-ups for claude.ai or chatgpt.com and retry. If it persists, write to support@aqmen.ai with a screenshot.

Claude answers without using Aqmen.

Claude must explicitly invoke MCP tools. Name it in your prompt (“Using Aqmen, ...”) and confirm the connector toggle is on for that conversation.

We published the Aqmen app in ChatGPT but need to change it.

On ChatGPT Business plans, apps can't be edited after publishing. Recreate the app and republish it. This is an OpenAI platform limitation.

Which plans support the connector?

Claude: Team, Enterprise, Pro, and Max. ChatGPT: Business, Enterprise, Edu, and Pro. On the ChatGPT side, apps and full MCP support are in beta and the admin setup is web-only.

Data & security

Where does my card data go?

To Stripe. Aqmen never receives or stores card details.

Is my organization's data separated from other customers'?

Yes. Aqmen is a multi-tenant platform and each organization's data is logically isolated. Isolation is enforced at the database layer with row-level security keyed to your organization, in addition to authorization checks in the application itself.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Who can I contact with security questions?

Write to support@aqmen.ai and we'll route your question to the right person.
