Getting started with Aqmen

Create your Aqmen account in about five minutes. Sign up, name your organization, pay by card, and start working. Market Sizing, Competitive Landscape, and Company Analysis open the moment checkout clears. No sales call, no procurement cycle.

At a glance: ~5 minutes to set up · Sign-in by emailed code, no password · Billed per seat, monthly · Payment via Stripe Checkout

1. Sign up

Go to app.aqmen.ai, click Sign up, and complete the short sign-up wizard with your work email. We email you a six-digit code. Type it in and you’re through. There’s no password to create or forget. Signing in later works the same way: enter your email, get a fresh code.

2. Accept the policies

A Terms of Service & Privacy Policy card appears before you continue. Open the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click I agree, continue to Aqmen. Each person accepts once, on their own first sign-in.

3. Name your organization

This is how your team and workspace are identified in Aqmen, usually your firm or practice. You become the Owner, the only role that can end the subscription. Everyone you invite later joins this organization. One organization per team, not per person.

4. Subscribe

You land on the Aqmen home screen. Click Get started and the Subscribe to Aqmen card opens: the Self-serve plan, per seat, billed monthly, cancel anytime. Click Continue to Stripe checkout. Nothing is charged until you confirm payment in Stripe.

5. Pay, then invite your team

Stripe collects the card and shows the price and seat count before you confirm. A new organization starts at one seat: yours. Pay, and you’re returned to Aqmen. Activation takes seconds and Get started becomes Enter. Add colleagues from avatar menu → Organization → Invite member, as either Member or Admin. Card details go to Stripe, never to Aqmen. Each invitation reserves a seat as soon as it’s sent; invitations that are never accepted expire after 30 days and the seat is released.

Roles, seats, and billing

• One subscription per organization, per seat, billed monthly. A seat is an active member or an invitation waiting to be accepted.
• Adding a seat is invoiced straight away. Removing one puts a credit on your account that counts against your next invoice.
• Members and Admins both work in projects. Admins can also invite and deactivate people; only the Owner can end the subscription.
• Cancel any time from avatar menu → Organization. Access runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you can subscribe again afterwards.
